Q. How do I place an order?
A. Ordering is easy.  You must first submit a request for quote either using our Request Quote form or by emailing sales (@) supportcomponents.com, or calling our Sales Department +613 9844 0922 to confirm availability & pricing before you place an order.

After you have received a quote from Support Components you can fax your purchase order to +613 9844 0933 or you can email it to sales (@) supportcomponents.com

We will confirm receipt of your purchase order to ensure it has been transmitted correctly.

Q. What method of payments do you accept?
A. We accept payment by Cash, Cheque, Money Order, Bank Transfer, and the following Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard.   Credit terms are available to qualified customer after they have placed two prepaid orders.

Q. How much will shipping cost me?
A. Our standard shipping cost for domestic delivery within Australia is A$17.50 for goods weighing less than 5Kg.   Heavier items would be based upon weight & dimensions and quoted on an individual basis.

Overseas orders are usually charged to the customers freight forwarders account or we can arrange a freighting quote for you.

Q. What is your minimum order?
A. Support Components has a minimum order value of A$100.00

Q. What if the parts I need are not showing as stock or available in our inventory?
A. Support Components is in the business of supplying electronic components whether they be commonly available, hard to find, long lead time, or obsolete.  If a part is not in stock or available in our inventory we utilize our exclusive pre-screened worldwide network to locate the shortest possible lead time available.
